Cloud computing (CC) is the delivery of services on demand and charged using a “pay per you use” policy. Of multiple offered by CC, SaaS most popular widely adapted service platform used billions organizations due to its wide range benefits. However, security key challenge obstacle in cloud adoption therefore needs be addressed. Researchers practitioners (R&P) have discussed various challenges for along with possible solutions. no research study exists that systematically accumulates analyzes To fill this gap provide state-of-the-art (SOTA) picture security, provides comprehensive multivocal literature review (MVLR), including issues/challenges best practices mitigating these issues. We identified from formal (FL) as well grey (GL) evaluate whether R&P same page or if controversies exist. A total 93 primary studies were identified, which 58 are FL 35 belong GL.
